微螺钉支抗周围液中白细胞介素-1β及基质金属蛋白酶-9水平的检测 被引量:2

摘要 目的:检测同一正畸力在不同时间微螺钉支抗周围液中白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)和基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)的表达水平。方法:选取口腔正畸患者的39枚微螺钉,分别在种植钉植入后1周、4周和12周时收集其周围液。采用酶联免疫吸附法测定IL-1β和MMP-9的表达水平。结果:根据种植钉周围组织情况分为稳定组(n=27)和松动组(n=12),①松动组IL-1β在12周时浓度最高(P<0.05)。稳定组IL-1β在1周时表达最高,4周和12周之间的浓度无统计学差异。4周和12周时IL-1β在松动组表达水平较高(P<0.05)。②松动组MMP-9表达在12周时最高,稳定组中1周、4周和12周时MMP-9的表达无统计学差异。同一时间MMP-9表达水平在松动组表达较高(P<0.05)。结论:IL-1β和MMP-9水平能够反映种植体微环境状况及微螺钉支抗稳定性。 Objective: To investigate interleukin-1β(IL-1β)and matrix metalloproteinases-9(MMP-9) levels in crevice fluid around microscrew anchorage.Methods: Crevice fluid around microscrew anchorage was collected from 39 microscrews of oral orthotic patients 1,4 and 12 weeks respectively after implantation,IL-1β and MMP-9 were measured by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay.Results: The microscrews were divided into unstable group(n=12) and stable group(n=27).In unstable group IL-1β and MMP-9 expression levels increased from 1 to 12 weeks after implantation(P〈0.05) and were higher than in stable group 4 and 12 week after implantation(P〈0.05).Conclusion: IL-1β and MMP-9 level may related to the stability of microscrew anchorage.
