摘要
临床接诊1例上颌第一恒磨牙的慢性牙髓炎病例,发现腭侧双根管,提示上颌第一磨牙可能出现腭侧双根管,髓腔入口的正确设计和预备对非典型解剖结构根管的发现有较大的帮助。
A maxillary first molar with two distinct palatal roots was analysed.Dentists should be aware of the possibility of the variations in the endodontic management of maxillary first molars.A properly designed and prepared access of the cavity is helpful for the diagnosis and negotiation of the root canal morphology.
