The Absence of the Responsibility Consciousness in the Graduate Employments：Reflection

人才的培养质量,事关国家的兴衰与社会的进退,中国大学生肩负着文化传承和建设祖国的重大历史责任,而一些高校毕业生在就业过程中表现出的责任意识缺失的现象,不得不引起高校工作者的反思,并进而探索大学生责任意识的培养途径。

Chinese university students shoulder the great historical responsibility of China＇s cultural heritage and national development.Yet,such phenomena are seen among some graduates during their employment as follows： neglecting the course study of career guidance;modifying too much of their materials for job application;ignoring the contractual relationship between labor and employment,etc.These not only harm the graduate image,but also undermines the interests of employers.Universities need to： grasp the minds of their graduates and guide them properly;promote their sense of responsibility in practice by creating a healthy campus culture;enhance vocational counseling among graduates and strengthening the importance of responsibility consciousness.
