摘要
脑卒中后感染及其发病机制,尤其是脑卒中诱导的免疫抑制这一概念是目前一个研究热点。白介素10(IL-10)作为一个抑制性细胞因子在脑卒中后免疫抑制中发挥着重要作用。本文就白介素10在脑卒中后的产生及生物学功能进行综述。
Stroke-induced immunodepression syndrome and its mechanism is a research focus in recent years. Interleukin-lO,as an inhibitory interleukin,takes an important part in stroke-induced immunodepression syndrome. This paper will elaborate the generation of IL-10 in human and its biological function after stroke.
