经皮旋转扩张气管切开术在神经科危重症患者中的应用

Clinical Application of Percutaneous Dilational Tracheostomy to Critical Patients of Neurology Department

目的:探讨经皮旋转扩张气管切开术在神经科危重症患者抢救中的临床应用经验。方法:回顾分析537例行经皮旋转扩张气管切开术的神经科危重患者的手术时间、术中出血量、术后并发症及伤口愈合等情况。结果:在537例患者中有483例(89.9%)患者在10 min内成功完成经皮旋转扩张气管切开术,术后出现伤口出血11例,皮下气肿7例,伤口均愈合良好。结论:经皮旋转扩张气管切开术在神经科危重患者具有良好的应用效果,具有操作简单、创伤小、伤口易于愈合、临床并发症少等特点。

Objective： To discuss the clinical application value of percutaneous dilational tracheostomy（PDT） in the critical neuropaths. Methods： A total of 537 patients of neurology department were underwent PDT. The characteristic of their cases, such as operation time, bleeding volume, occurrence of complications and wound healing were analyzed. Results： Among 537 patients, 483 （89. 9%） were successfully underwent PDT during 10 minutes. 10 cases had wound bleeding with a small quantity, 7 cases had subcutaneous emphysema, wound healing of all cases were fine. Conclusions： PDT had advantages such as simple operation, small wound, facility to healing, lower occurrence rate of complications,and has good application value in the critical neuropaths.
