老年人口腔颌面部多间隙感染22例诊治分析

Clinical Analysis of 22 Elderly Patients with Multi-Space Inflammation in Oral and Maxillofacial Region

目的:探讨老年人口腔颌面部多间隙感染的临床特点和治疗方法。方法:回顾分析22例老年人口腔颌面部多间隙感染病例的临床资料。结果:22例患者中19例治愈,3例病死。结论:对老年人口腔颌面部多间隙感染尽早采取有效的控制感染措施,尽快切开、充分引流,常规、足量联合应用针对产β-内酰胺酶的革兰阴性菌和革兰阳性细菌及厌氧菌的抗生素,加强全身状况的监测,予积极全身综合治疗,可获得较好临床疗效。

Objective：To explore the clinical characteristics and treatments for multi-space inflammation in oral and maxillofacial region of elderly patients. Methods： The Clinical data of 22 cases multi-space inflammation in oral and maxillofacial region of elderly patients was analyzed retrospectively. Results： Among the 22 cases, 19 cases was cured, 3 patients died. Conclusions： For multi-space inflammation in oral and maxillofacial region of elderly patients, early and effective infection control measures should be taken, including incision and adequate drainage as soon as possible. Conventional combination therapy of antibiotics for Gram-negative β-lactamase production, gram-positive bacteria and anaerobic bacteria should be taken, with wide coverage and full dose. The monitoring of general condition and active systemic treatment shoud be strengthened. So, we could obtain better clinical efficacy.
