摘要
低碳发展是世界经济发展的新模式,智能电网在促进低碳发展中发挥着重要作用。目前,关于智能电网促进低碳发展的路径和机理尚没有形成统一的认识,如何充分发挥我国坚强智能电网在促进低碳发展中的作用是亟需研究的问题。分析了我国低碳发展的内涵,系统梳理了坚强智能电网在促进能源生产、能源输送、能源消费、交易环节的低碳化以及促进经济发展方式转变等方面的重要作用,提出了坚强智能电网促进低碳发展的相关建议。
Low-carbon development is a new mode in world economy,and smart grid plays a vital role in promoting low-carbon development.At present,a consensus has not been reached on the ways and mechanism of how to make use of the smart grid in promoting the low-carbon development.As a result,further research is required.This paper analyses the connotation of the low-carbon development,and systematically describes the crucial functions of strong smart grid in reducing carbon during energy production,energy transmission,energy consumption and trade,as well as in facilitating the transformation of economic development mode.Lastly,the paper also provides some suggestions for strong smart grid and low-carbon development.
