摘要
目的:建立食品中乙基麦芽酚的气相色谱检测方法。方法:食品中的乙基麦芽酚用固相萃取小柱富集,采用DB-WAX毛细管柱,进行色谱分析。结果:本方法在5 mg/L~100 mg/L范围内线性良好,相对标准偏差(RSD)0.59%~1.95%(n=6),加标回收率85.1%~97.4%,最低检出限为1.0 mg/L。结论:本方法适于分析食品中的乙基麦芽酚,方法简便、灵敏度高、结果准确。
Objective:To establish a method for the determination of ethyl maltol in food by gas chromatography.Methods:Ethyl maltol was enriched by SPE column and determined by gas chromatography with DB-WAX column.Results:The calibration curve showed good linearity in the range of 5 mg/L^100 mg/L,RSD was 0.59%~1.95%,the recovery was 85.1%~97.4%,the detection limit was 1.0 mg/L.Conclusion:The method has advantages of simple operation,high sensitivity as well as accurate results,which is suitable for the determation of ethyl maltol in food.
