HBV感染者血清蛋白电泳图谱分析

Electrophoresis analysis of serum proteins in patients with HBV infection

目的:探讨不同病情HBV感染者血清蛋白电泳图谱的特点。方法:对HBV感染者按病情不同分组,采用蛋白电泳仪对病人及正常对照组血清蛋白电泳图谱进行分析,同时检测血清蛋白等11种蛋白质。结果:血清蛋白电泳各区带在疾病组和正常对照组中的总体差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01),疾病组ALB、α2-球蛋白、β-球蛋白区带含量及A/G值均低于正常对照组,而αl-球蛋白和γ-球蛋白区带含量均显著高于正常对照组(P<0.05)。HBV感染者随着疾病的不同表现出不同特征性的血清蛋白电泳图谱,而且与相应特定蛋白质检测结果具有良好的一致性。结论:蛋白电泳技术与特定蛋白检测的联合应用可为HBV感染者提供疾病变化时相应蛋白质变化特点的分析依据,为临床疾病的准确诊治提供帮助。

Objective：To investigate the characteristics of serum protein electrophoresis in patients with HBV infection.Methods： The patients with HBV infection were divided into different groups according to clinical types.The agarose gel electrophoresis technique was used for serum protein electrophoresis analysis in these patients and healthy adults.Meantime,11 kinds of different serum proteins,including albumin and so on were detected.Results： The total differences in all serum protein electrophoresis belts between patients and healthy individuals had statistical significance（P0.01）.The percent of albumin,α2-globin and β-globin as well as A/G ratio in patients were lower than those of healthy individuals,while the percent of α1-globin and γ-globin in patients marked higher than those of healthy individuals（P0.05）.The characteristics of serum protein electrophoresis in patients with HBV Infection correlate with the clinical disease types,and the results of relevant specific protein analysis show that there exists a good agreement with serum protein electrophoresis.Conclusion： Joint application of serum protein electrophoresis and specific protein detection was important for the diagnosis of disease and the assessment of disease progression in patients with HBV Infection.
