茄病镰刀菌与细菌感染患者的实验诊断

The experimental diagnosis and treatment of patient with Fusarium solani and bacteria infections

摘要 目的:探讨茄病镰刀菌及细菌引起患者双足多重感染的诊断。方法:连续采集患者双足分泌物或破溃处坏死组织行真菌和细菌培养,同时行真菌学直接镜检;采用法国生物梅里埃公司VITEK-2全自动微生物分析仪对细菌进行鉴定和药敏试验。结果:连续2次对患者双足溃疡处活检组织行真菌和细菌培养,均检测出茄病镰刀菌,对伏立康唑和伊曲康唑敏感性较高,此菌感染,较为罕见。患者免疫力降低时,可发生细菌混合感染,本例患者与荧光假单胞菌混合感染。结论:本病例为茄病镰刀菌和荧光假单胞菌在双足部的混合感染。 Objective:To study the diagnosis of feet infections with Fusarium solani and bacteria.Methods: The successive collection of pus and necrotic tissue were inoculated to media to cultivate bacteria and medical fungi.At the same time,the direct mycological examination was conducted.The bacteria was identified and tested for susceptibility with VITEK-2 full-automatic microbiological analyzer.Results: The Fusarium solani were isolated from the samples.According to the results of the drug sensitive tests,the Fusarium solani was sensitive to the voriconazole and the itraconazole.The Fusarium solani is a rare pathogen in the clinical infections.In cases of hypoimmunity,the multiple infections may occur.This case is mixed infection with Pseudomonas fluorescens.Conclusion: This case is mixed infection of Fusarium solani and Pseudomonas fluorescens on feet.
