摘要
目的:了解金山区腹泻病人沙门菌感染状况及食品中沙门菌的污染状况,为进一步开展食品安全研究及预防食源性沙门菌引起的疾病的发生提供依据。方法:对全区内的腹泻病人和部分市售食品进行沙门菌的检测。结果:2009年-2010年腹泻病人与食品中共检出沙门菌275株,2009年前两位血清型分别为鼠伤寒和肠炎,2010年前两位分别为肠炎和鼠伤寒。结论:本区的食品中沙门菌污染情况较为严重,且腹泻病人感染的沙门菌与食品中携带的沙门菌有密切关系。
Objective:To get the knowledge of the status of Salmonella infection in diarrhea patients and Salmonella contamination in food,thus provide evidence for further food safety study and the prevention of diseases caused by Salmonella in food.Methods: Samples from diarrhea patients and some market-sold food among the whole district were detected.Results: A total of 275 strains of Salmonella were detected in diarrhea patients and food,with Salmonella typhimurium and Salmonella enteritidis as the first two serum types in 2009 and Salmonella enteritidis and Salmonella typhimurium in 2010.Conclusion: Salmonella contamination in food is relatively severe in our district,and there is close correlation between Salmonella in diarrhea patients and Salmonella in food.
