临床常用3种检测钙离子方法的比较

目的:用偶氮胂III、酶法、OCPC法进行同步检测钙离子的含量,从中找出一种更为简单、灵敏、经济适用、快速准确的检测方法。方法:通过对生化分析仪仪器的校准,用同一标准溶液和血清,分别用3种方法进行钙离子对比测定,每种方法操作均按照其试剂说明书进行。结果:3种方法无明显差异,它们的线性范围、准确度、精密度均符合要求。结论:通过对3种方法的比较,酶法是最好的,其消除了金属离子(例如Mg2+等)的干扰,胆红素等对其测定结果无显著影响,适宜在临床应用。

Objective： By comparing the Arsenazo III,enzyme assay and OCPC to find out a more simple,covenient,accurate and economical method for calcium ions measurement.Methods：To self-chekout by Automatic Biochemical Analyzer,The comparision of three kinds of testing method of Calcium ions,by using the same standar solutions or reagent and the same serum,each method will be carried out according to the reagent specifications.Results：There was no significant difference among the three method,the linear rang,accuracy and precision all fulfill requirement.Conclusion： To comparision of three meehod,enzyme assay is the best way,The methods of elimination of some commonly co-existing metal ion（e.g.Mg2＋etc） were tested.Bilirubin existence was no influence,Suitable to diagnosis of Clinical applications in the Rapid and accurate.
