As for the new round academy system and staff adjustment, how to optimize resource allocation and effectively avoid all kinds of risks is a key issue to be solved for the current academies. Based on the survey, this paper deeply analyzes the risks in the adjustment of human, financial, and material resources and respectively puts forward measures in the optimization and risk precaution, which plays a positive role in making full use of resources and promoting the smooth academy adjustment.
