摘要
欧盟的生态设计指令对荧光灯的光效、光通维持率和残存率提出了很高的要求,对我国的荧光灯产业是很大的挑战。在技术应对上,可以通过提高放电效率和荧光粉的转换效率提高光效,通过改善半透明氧化铝膜的成膜品质或涂敷透明氧化铝膜提高光通维持率,通过采用合适的灯丝预热策略延长灯的寿命,提高残存率。
The ecodesign requirements of European Union for fluorescent lamps feature high luminous efficacy,high lumen maintenance,and high survival factor,which is a big challenge to the fluorescent lamp industry of China.In this paper,some technical answers are introduced.The luminous efficacy can be increased by increasing the efficiency of discharge and phosphor converting.The lumen maintenance can be enhanced by improving the quality of translucent alumina coating,or by coating transparent alumina.The lamp survival factor can be boosted with appropriate filaments preheating strategy,which will prolong the lamp lifetime.
