视知觉学习治疗屈光不正性弱视的远期疗效观察

Observation on long-term curative effect of visual perceptual learning in treatment of ametropic amblyopia

目的:探讨视知觉学习治疗屈光不正性弱视的远期疗效。方法:选取2006年在广西壮族自治区视光中心接受"视知觉学习"治疗且达到基本治愈标准的4～8岁屈光不正性弱视患者69例(127眼),所有病例均随访4年以上。患者按轻度、中度、重度弱视分3组后,逐年采集各组患者每年的矫正视力进行比较,并应用SPSS 13.0统计软件进行Fisher's精确概率法检验。结果:Fisher's精确概率法显示,屈光不正性弱视儿童经视知觉学习治疗达基本治愈标准后,轻度、中度、重度弱视儿童随访各时间点的矫正视力差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:视知觉学习治疗屈光不正性弱视儿童的远期疗效稳定可靠。

Objective：To explore the long-term curative effect of visual perceptual learning in treatment of ametropic amblyopia.Methods：69 patients（127 eyes） aged 4～8 years old with ametropic amblyopia who received the treatment of visual perceptual learning in Optometry Center of Guangxi and reached the basic standard of cure were selected and followed up more than four years.All the patients were divided into mild amblyopia group,moderate amblyopia group and severe amblyopia group;the data of corrected visual acuity were collected in the three groups every year,SPSS software（version 13.0） was used for Fisher＇s exact test.Results：Fisher＇s exact test showed that when the children with ametropic amblyopia were treated with visual perceptual learning until they reached the basic standard of cure,there was no significant difference in corrected visual acuity among the three groups at different time points（P0.05）.Conclusion：The long-term curative effect of visual perceptual learning is stable and reliable in treatment of ametropic amblyopia.
