自动痔疮套扎术治疗痔30例疗效观察

Ruiyun Procedure for Hemorrhoids in the Treatment of 30 Cases with Hemorrhoids：Therapeutic Effect Observation

为观察和评价自动痔疮套扎术（RPH）治疗痔的临床疗效，将60例内痔及混合痔患者随机分成两组，治疗组30例采用RPH，对照组30例采用传统结扎术，随访观察并评价其治疗效果。结果显示，两组治愈率均为100％，治疗组与对照组相比可以明显减轻术后创面疼痛、出血、排尿困难，缩短愈合时间和手术时间，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结果表明，RPH治疗痔操作简单，疗效确切，患者痛苦小，创伤小，愈合快。

The objective of this study was to observe and evaluate the clinical effect of Ruiyun procedure for hemorrhoids （RPH） in the treatment of hemorrhoids. The 60 patients with internal hemorrhoids or mixed hemorrhoids were randomly divided into two groups, treatment group subjected to RPH, control group to routine ligation procedure, then made follow-up for them and analysed the therapeutic effect. As results,the curative rate of both groups was all 100%;in relieving postoperative pain from wound-surface bleeding and dysuria,and in shortening healing time and operative time treatment group was more significant than control group（ P 〈0.01）. Results show that in the treatment of hemorrhoids RPH is of simple manipulation, certain therapeutic effect, milder pain of patient, less injury, and faster recovery.
