双料喉风散促进环状混合痔术后创口愈合作用的观察

Observation on the Promotion of Shuangliao Houfeng San on Wound Healing Following Operation for Circumferential Mixed Hemorrhoids

为观察双料喉风散对环状混合痔术后创口愈合的临床疗效，将60例环状混合痔术后患者随机分为两组，对照组30例术后换药采用红霉素软膏外涂创口、太宁栓纳肛；治疗组30例在对照组术后换药的基础上加用双料喉风散喷撒创口。结果显示，治疗组在术后疼痛、愈合时间方面明显优于对照组（P〈0．05）。结果表明，环状混合痔术后创口加用双料喉风散喷撒创口，疗效确切，无明显不良反应。

In order to observe the clinical efficacy of Shuangliao Houfeng San（powder of Chinese traditional drugs） promoting wound healing following operation for circumferential mixed hemorrhoids, authors divided 60 cases of this disease randomly into two groups：treatment group and control group. Control group adopted erythromycin ointment externally used（paint） on wound and Taining suppository used into anus in postoperative dressing, while treatment group was added Shuangliao Houfeng San to be sprinkled on wound on the basis of above dressing in control group. As results, in postoperative pain and healing time of wound ,treatment group was significantly superior to control group（ P 〈0.05）. Results show that to sprinkle Shuangliao Houfeng San on wound after operation of circumferential mixed hemorrhoids on the basis of above dressing in control group has certain therapeutic effect, and no distinct adverse reaction.
