先天性肛门闭锁并舟状窝瘘22例

Experience on the 22 Pediatric Patients with Congenital Anal Atresia Associated with Navicula Fistula

为提高先天性肛门闭锁并舟状窝瘘的疗效，总结治疗经验，对22例先天性肛门闭锁并舟状窝瘘患儿行直肠内瘘修补肛门成形改良术治疗，手术前后严格护理，结果22例均获成功，术后排便顺利，无黏膜外翻、瘘管复发及大便失禁。结果表明，加强术前饮食护理及肠道准备、术后肛门护理及定期扩肛和随访指导等是提高手术成功的基本措施。

The objective of this study was to enhance the therapeutic effect of congenital anal atresia associated with navicula fistula,and to sum the treatment experience. The 22 pediatric patients with this disease received the modified procedure of rectal inner-fistula repair and anus-plasty,performing strict nursing before and after the operation was done,so that all 22 patients arrived at success treatment,which after operation defecation was smooth, no mucosa eversion, fistula tract recurrence and feces incontinence was found. Results show that to strengthen preoperative diet nursing, intestinal preparation, postoperative nursing for anus, and regular dilating anus, as well follow-up direction are basic measures to enhance success rate of operation.
