Simultaneous Analysis of Eleven Fatty Acids in Saw Palmetto Capsules by GC

目的建立GC法同时分析锯叶棕胶囊中11种脂肪酸,并初步研究使用单一对照品进行脂肪酸的定性和定量。方法样品经AB-Inowax毛细管柱分离,FID检测,进样口温度220℃,检测器温度240℃;程序升温:120℃保持3min,以20℃.min-1速率升至200℃,保持5min,再以40℃.min-1速率升至220℃,保持7.5min;载气流速为3.6mL.min-1。分流比10∶1。结果 11种成分均达到基线分离,线性和回收率良好。结论本法快速、准确,可用于锯叶棕胶囊中脂肪酸的定性与定量。

Objective To establish a method for simultaneous analysis of eleven fatty acids in Saw Palmetto Capsules by GC,and study on quantitative assay of multi-components using one reference.Methods The samples were separated by AB-Inowax capillary column with FID,kept injector temperature at 220℃ and detector temperature at 240℃.Maintained initial oven temperature at 120℃ for 3 minutes,ascended to 200℃ at 20℃ per minute,held 5 minutes,then ascended to 220℃ at 40℃ per minute,held 7.5 minutes.The flow rate of carrier gas was 3.6mL·min-1.The split ratio was 10∶1.Results Eleven components were base-isolated.The linear ranges and recoveries were good.Conclusion The method is rapid and accurate.It can be used for qualitative and quantitative analysis of fatty acids in Saw Palmetto Capsules.
