摘要
对砖混结构物拆除产生的废砖进行破碎筛分后形成的细集料,全部代替天然砂配制出不同强度的混合砂浆。通过3种不同强度等级再生细集料砂浆砌体沿通缝抗剪试验,结果表明,再生细集料砂浆砌体抗剪强度高于GB 50003—2001《砌体结构设计规范》(及2010年修订)的标准值和设计值。可为再生细集料砂浆在实际工程中的应用及类似试验研究提供参考依据。
Composite mortar with different grades were prepared by using fine aggregate made with waste bricks caused during dismantling of brick-concrete structure to replace natural sand. By masonry shear test along the seam for regenerated fine aggregate mortar masonry with three different strength grades,we find that the masonry shear strength of regenerated fine aggregate mortar is higher than the standard value and designed value specified in GB 50003-2001 "Code for Design of Masonry Structure" (2010 revision),which provides reference for the application of regenerated fine aggregate mortar in projects or the similar experiments.
