摘要
基于单一的智能诊断技术在工程机械故障诊断应用中的局限性,叙述了常见的三种智能诊断方法,指出了它们各自的优缺点,提出了建立基于模糊逻辑与神经网络技术的智能诊断系统的方法,介绍了系统的设计思想、结构与功能和诊断步骤,并以某柴油主机燃烧系统为例,通过详细地描述诊断过程,验证了融合式智能故障诊断技术在工程机械故障诊断领域中应用的可行性和优越性。
Based on localization of single synthetic intelligent fault diagnosis method that applies to construction machinery,three common methods and their advantage and disadvantage are described.This article introduces a new method of fault diagnosis with synthetic intelligence,and discusses idea of design,framework and functions,steps of diagnosis.Furthermore,it is proved that the fault diagnosis system is feasible and superior through a real example of combustion system of a certain diesel engine,after the article presents process of diagnosis.
