摘要
技术创新是企业实现科技进步、获得竞争优势、促进经济增长的根本源泉,是企业求得生存和发展的重要基础。企业依赖技术创新来取得竞争优势,但技术创新是充满风险与不确定性的过程,失败的技术创新绝大部分是由于过程管理的失败。本文论述了如何利用项目管理的方法对企业技术创新进行有效管理,全面提升企业的技术创新能力,并结合某企业汽车项目的实际情况进行分析。
Technological innovation of a company is not only the fundamental source to achieve the scientific and technological progress,gain the competitive superiority and stimulate the economic increase,but also the base of survival and development of the company.However,the enterprise gain the competitive superiority depends on technological innovation,but technological innovation is a progress full of risk and indeterminacy,failed technological innovation is mostly because of the failing of progress management.This article tells how to manage the technological innovation efficiently with methods of project management,so as to improve the ability of a company's technological innovation entirely,and make analyzing on physical truth of automobile project of a company.
