摘要
机械密封作为重要的基础件之一被广泛地应用于各种旋转设备中,它的质量和性能直接影响并决定着设备的工作性能。影响机械密封性能的因素有很多,在机械密封工作中动环、静环的温度分布就是其中重要的一个。本文利用Fluent软件,以N-S方程为基础,采用现实K—ε双方程的湍流模型对机械密封的动环、静环在密封运转稳定状态下密封环温度场的分析。该分析误差小,为机械密封性能的改进及提高提供了一条便捷的途径。具有一定的实用性。
As one of an important fundmental parts,the mechanical seals has been extensively applied in various rotating equipments.It's quantity and functions affect and decide the work function of the equipments directly.Now,much factor been find on mechanical seal functions.The temperature of mechanical seals rotating ring and stationary ring is one of them.Maken use of Fluent and based on Navier-stokes equations and the Realizable model is applied to study the temperature of mechanical seal rotating ring and stationary ring under their working.The error range is existence and small.The application has provided a shortcut for the improvement and enhancement of the mechanical seal.The result of the study can be used to practice.
