摘要
目前在工程上常用的伺服电机主要有感应异步电机和永磁同步电机两种,而电机里所用大多采用稀土永磁精密转子。本试验转子由磁瓦与芯轴利用粘接剂连接而成。磁瓦粘接面不完全被镀层覆盖或没有镀层覆盖。芯轴由不锈钢材料整体带有特殊结构制作而成。此方法能提高粘接强度,磁瓦能承受较大的离心力,保护电机安全和延长电机使用寿命。
Now commonly used in engineering servo motors are two kinds.The one is induction motors and the other is permanent magnet synchronous motor asynchronous,while the electric machinery used in the most use of rare earth permanent magnet precise rotor.The paper describe the rotor magnet tile and the core by the use of adhesive connection is made.The magnetic tile adhesive surface coating is not completely Covered or no coating at all.The core made of stainless steel as a whole with special structure.This method can improve the bonding strength,magnetic tile can withstand large centrifugal force,and protect and extend the electric machinery life.
