摘要 优化彩钢板成型机冲裁机构刀具的冲裁工艺,减小在冲裁薄件时刀具的冲裁力,延长刀具使用寿命,提高冲裁质量。对刀具不同凹刃口的倾斜角度和上下刀具纵向的不同间隙分别进行动态有限元模拟。通过动态有限元仿真结果得出,凹刃口的倾斜角度在4~5°之间较为合适,刀具的纵向合理间隙应为板材厚度的7%左右,有利于实现减小刀具的冲裁力,延长模具的使用寿命,减小断面附近应力,对板材后续的塑性变形加工起到优化作用。 The paper aims to optimize the blanking technology of cutter mounted on the color plate machine blanking mechanism,which is means to reduce the blanking force of cutter,extend the life of cutter and improve the blanking quality.The effect when the cutter concave edge is in different inclination and the up and down cutters are in different lengthways clearance are simulated by dynamic finite element analysis method.The results of dynamic finite element analysis show that the reasonable inclination is 4~5°,and the rational clearance in lengthways is 7% of tube wall's thickness.It is useful to reduce blanking force and improve the life of the mold.Meanwhile it can reduce stress around the section,it also plays an optimized function to the plastic deformation process of the board.
