摘要
阐述了虚拟维修的定义及其特征,分析了虚拟维修的应用和技术流程,并介绍了借助虚拟技术的研究和分析,将其应用于井下设备的维修,成功地对采煤机铲板装运减速器进行了预维修,合理、安全、高效地处理了井下故障。通过这项技术,逐步应用于现代高产高效机械化矿井中,为井下设备维修提供一种新的维修模式和借鉴。
This paper describes the definition and characteristics of virtual maintenance,analyzing the application of virtual maintenance and technical processes and introducing the use of virtual technology research and analysis,applying that to the maintenance of underground equipment,successfully pre-repair the shovel board ship reducer,reasonably、safely and efficiently processing the underground malfunction.With this technology gradually applied to the modern and high yield mechanized mine,supplying a new maintenance mode and references for underground equipment.
