摘要
介绍了一种能测牙齿咬合力大小与分布的测量系统;利用导电橡胶的压阻特性设计了一测力传感器阵列,叙述了传感器阵列的结构和制造方法,设计了调理电路,数据采集卡采用USB-6009;软件以LabVIEW为平台,设计了数据采集模块、分析处理与显示模块。通过实验,验证了系统的可行性。
This paper describes a measurement system which is used for dental bite force and its distribution.A senor array is designed based on the press-resistive property of the conductive rubber,its structure and manufacturing method are described here.The signal process circuit for sensor array is designed,too.The Data Acquisition card which called USB-6009 from NI Corporation is adopted.The system software is programed by LabVIEW platform,which includes data acquire block,data process block and display block.The system is verified to pass by experiments at last.
