电阻法和短接法在机床电气检修中的应用探析

摘要 当机床发生电气故障时,维修人员通常是在故障调查和电路分析的基础上进行断电检查,断电检查经常使用电阻法和短接法进行测量。本文以CA6140型车床电气控制线路的检测为例,分别以主电路和控制电路测量为研究对象,对电阻法和短接法的物理学原理进行分析,得出电阻法和短接法在机床电气检修中的使用原则。 When Machine tool has the electrical failure,maintenance staff usually is carries on the power failure inspection in the breakdown investigation and in the circuit analysis foundation.The power failure inspection uses the resistance method and short-circuit connection method frequently carries on the survey.This article take the CA6140 lathe electric control line's examination as the examples,respectively carries on the analysis take the main circuit and the control circuit survey as the object of study to resistance method and short-circuit connection method physics principle,obtains treatment methods and principle of resistance method and short-circuit connection method in machine tools electric overhaul.
