通过分析曲轴加工工艺以及各个工序的定位基准,从而来找出各工序之间质量的相互影响,能启发生产现场的改善,并建立起了对质量问题逐步排查的思路。
This article describes the relationship among crank manufacturing process through analysising manchining process and location selection,which enlightens how to do KAIZEN in shopfloor and how to investigate quality issue in crank line step by step.
