分布式计算机数控系统的研究与设计

随着网络信息技术的发展和数控机床的普遍应用,为了解决传统的单一生产模式,企业纷纷提出改造生产线建立DNC系统的要求。本文研究并设计了新型的DNC,并对该DNC系统的体系结构、总线选择、通信设计等关键技术做了介绍。经现场应用证明,该系统具有设计合理,可靠性高,实用性强等特点。

With the development of information technology network and the universal application of CNC machine tools,in order to solve the traditional single mode of production,transformation of enterprises have proposed to establish production line of DNC systems.In this paper,and designed a new type of DNC,the DNC and the system architecture,bus selection,design and other key communications technologies were also introduced.The field application shows that the system is rational design,high reliability,availability and other characteristics.
