摘要
深圳市体育中心游泳训练馆钢结构屋盖开创性地采用"空间交叉三铰刚架"的新颖结构形式,箱形截面刚架两两空间交叉,柱脚完全铰接,跨中高低错位铰接。低侧梁柱三次交叉、柱段小角度交合以及梁柱的弯扭给深化设计和加工制作提出较大的挑战。主要介绍如何通过缜密的深化设计,预判钢材在弯扭过程的变形机理,绘制机械切割放样曲线,完全通过钢板组焊来实现弯扭钢箱柱复杂造型的过程。
The new type of structure of "space crossing 3-hinge rigid frame" is adopted in Swimming Training Centre of Shenzhen. In this kind of rigid frame of box section in the project, the frames cross each other in space, their foots are hinged completely, mid span hinged between the two half spans with difference between their beams. There are three crosses in lower half span, the lower half span's columns cross in little angle into one foot, and their beams and columns are bent and twisted. Therefore it is a big challenge for the detail design and manufacture. It introduces all the processes by help of complete detail design how to manufacture a bent twist rigid frame, such as prejudging deformation during bending and twisting, drawing sheet cutting lines, and so on.
