实现防水刚性化的新型钢结构建筑围护系统——OHC围护系统特点与创新 被引量:4

摘要 介绍当前国内外钢结构建筑围护系统在应用中存在的大量缺陷与不足,并全面地对国家标准图集以及国内外著名厂商的钢结构围护系统中存在的不足与缺陷进行剖析。通过创新与改进,创建了新型钢结构建筑围护系统即OHC围护体系。该系统实现了建筑上的美观要求,体现了应用标准化与实用性的统一;而防水刚性化的实现,更是全面、彻底地体现和恢复了钢结构及轻钢彩板建筑原有的极大生命力。该系统将改变人们对钢结构及轻钢彩板建筑防水性能差的认知,并可提高钢结构及轻钢彩板建筑的保温、隔热性能,节约能源,使钢结构建筑的绿色、环保特性得到充分体现。 This paper describes the defects and shortcomings of steel structure enclosure system that exist in current domestic and international steel building, and analyses the shortcomings and defects in the national standards atlas and the well-known manufacturers of steel structure, at the same time, through innovation and improvements, OHC enclosure system a new steel structure enclosure system is created. This system implements architectural aesthetic requirements, reflects the unification of practical application and the standardization; and the rigid waterproofing^s implementation comprehensively reflects and recovers the old steel structure and light-gauge steel color plate building's great vitality. OHC enclosure system will change the way of people's cognitze of light-gauge steel color plate building and steel structures with poor water-resistance, improve the steel structure and light-gauge steel building^s insulation,saving energy, and also reflect the green features of steel construction.
