摘要
大连市红星大桥主梁为横坡变化的弯梁结构,并且含有纵坡。施工过程中的误差使吊杆的理论锚固点与设计不符,导致结构受力变化。因此需要根据实际情况调整吊杆的索力。该桥为高次超静定、不对称的结构,每根吊杆的张拉都会使结构的整个受力系统发生变化。通过对结构变形观测和斜拉索索力量测,并进行相应计算和调整,最终该桥结构的受力均满足要求。竣工后线型顺畅,受力合理,满足设计要求。
Dalian Hongxing Bridge girder is the curved beam structure with diverse cross-slope and longitudinal. The error produced in construction process makes the anchor points not match with the design and results in the structure force changes. Therefore the cable force must be adjusted according to the actual hanging lever. The bridge is high-statically indeterminate, asymmetrical structure, each boom of the tension will cause the entire force of the structure system change. Through the observation of structural deformation and measurement of cable force of cable-stayed , calculating and adjusting accordingly, finally the force of the bridge is to meet the force requirements. After completion ,the smooth linear and the reasonable force are to meet the design requirements.
