池田大作以人为本教育思想探析

Daisaku Ikeda,whose ideology is abundant and of the human-based spirit,is therefore famous as a modern educator in Japan.In his eyes,education is a perfusion about ＂HUMAN＂,it aim at getting the true meaning of life,making people feel happy,setting the world into peace.It is not only a simple process of conveying knowledge,but a great mission to open people＇s mind,integrity people＇s personalities,gentle people＇s hearts,cultivate people＇s relationship.That is to promote freely development of human.Education needs to be based on human,based on students,leading by teachers,in order to construct a special triangle system consisting by school,home and society,in which teachers can well functioned in their place,respect their students,and teach according to students＇ aptitude.By this heart-to-heart way,they can cultivate a lot of people who can undertake the great mission of the times.
