以精细化管理为指导,介绍了精细化管理下制定工作守则应该遵守的原则及次序,阐述了精细化管理下期刊及现刊工作守则的制定。
With refined management for guidance,this paper introduces some principles and procedures of formulating the operating instructions under refined management,and expounds the formulation of the operating instructions for periodicals and current issues under refined management.
