摘要
薪酬待遇是图书馆员尤其是年轻馆员最关注的问题之一,高校图书馆相对于其他部门而言,收入和付出一直不对等。有限的奖金搞平均主义也不是上策,建立一个科学合理的分配体系是必需而急迫的。利用数学模型以南京工业大学图书馆的年底奖励作为案例进行研讨,并对这一创新型的激励机制进行了分析。
Remuneration is one of the problems concerned by the librarian especially young librarians,compared with other sectors,the income and pay in university library are always asymmetrical.Egalitarianism also is not the best policy with limited bonus.And establishing a scientific and rational distribution system is necessary and urgent.This paper discusses the case of year-end reward of the library of NUT(Nanjing University of Technology)by using a mathematical model,and analyzes the innovative incentive mechanism.
