摘要
在图书馆服务中,馆员恰当地运用非语言行为,可创造良好的借阅环境,提高馆藏资源的利用率和读者对图书馆服务的满意度,能起到更好的服务育人的作用。从眼神、表情、姿势语和服饰等方面探讨了非语言行为在高校图书馆服务中的作用。
In library’s service,librarians’proper use of nonverbal behaviors, which can create a good reading environment and improve the utilization rate of library’s collection resources and the satisfaction of readers to library’s service,has the better functions in the library’s service -based education. From the eye contact, emotional expression, posture language, and dress and personal adornment, etc., this paper probes into the functions of nonverbal behaviors in university library’s service.
