基准地价是土地出让费、政府税收、税费征收标准确定的重要依据。太原市基准地价查询系统基于数字太原地理空间信息公共平台,借助公共平台提供的标准数据和二次开发接口,为太原市合理确定基准地价及基准地价公示、查询提供了高效的工具。阐述了太原市基准地价查询系统建设的意义,介绍了系统的总体架构设计和功能模块设计。

The standard land price is an important basis for the determination of land transferring fees, government tax and taxing standard. Taiyuan City’s standard land price query system, which is based on Digital Taiyuan’s spatial geographic information public platform, can provide a high -efficient tool for Taiyuan City to determine rationally the standard land price and to make public notification and query of the standard land price with the aid of the standard data and the interface of customized development provided by the public platform. This paper expounds the significance of the construction of Taiyuan City’s standard land price query system, and introduces the design of the general framework and functional modules of the system.
