针对南郊电网全黑的情况,详细分析了电网现状与规划电网,提出了具体的黑启动思路。
IN the light of the blackout of southern suburb power grid, this paper makes the detailed analysis on the present situation and the planning of the power grid, and puts forward some concrete ideas for the black start.
