摘要
介绍了细木工带锯机数控曲线工作台的基本结构及工作原理,利用ADAMS软件建立了曲线工作台的机构模型并设定约束条件,根据切线斜率变化规律的不同,讨论了工作台模拟仿真的局限性。对机构的运动情况和工件的姿态变化进行仿真分析,得到各轴的进给量和进给速度,为其数控代码的编制提供数据支持,可大大降低编写数控代码的难度。
This paper describes the structure and working principle of table band saw machine CNC curve table. With the ADAMS software, it establishes the model of the curve table and sets constraints, discusses the limitation of working table simulation according to the tangent slope variation. By simulation analysis of motion of the table and posture change of the workpiece, obtains the feed and feed velocity of the axis, and provides data support for the preparation of NC code. It can greatly reduce the difficulty of writing numerical code.
