摘要
针对大型工业基地以及高能耗生产型企业的能源供应、存储、转运和使用的全过程,研究了基于实时信息和DMAIC模型的优化用能技术和方法,设计了面向整个企业的能源监管一体化系统,包括相关软件、功能和集成框架。基于该能源管控系统,高能耗企业可以实施全面能源计量、能源统计分析、能源核算、效率诊断、合理用能评价以及用能绩效考评等精细化管理。进而提高能源系统综合效率,降低企业能源使用成本,使企业节能减排措施能够进行可持续地优化实施。
Aiming at energy supply, storage, transfer, use of large industrial area and high energy consumption manufacturing compa- nies, this paper study the optimizing energy utilization technologies and methods based on real-time information and the DMAIC model, design energy supervision system including software, function module and integrated framework. The energy management and control systems can help out with implementing more delicacy management for high energy consumption enterprises, the management consists of energy measurement, energy statistics analysis, energy accounting, energy efficiency diagnosis, rational use of energy assessment and energy use performance evaluation. The system can also improve overall efficiency, reduce energy costs, then enterprises will sustainable optimize implementation of the energy saving policy.
