摘要
起落架缓冲性能优化设计是现代飞机起落架设计中最关键的一个环节,设计中难点之一就是简化起落架分析模型,建立基于分析模型的动力学微分方程,求出飞机着陆过程中起落架所受的垂直载荷和起转-回弹载荷随时间历程曲线,并对缓冲性能进行优化。以Y8F600飞机四轮小车架式主起落架为例,将其简化成具有8个自由度的运动系统,给该起落架模型系统建立动力学微分方程组,对该微分方程组求解,并通过优化缓冲器的充填参数和油孔尺寸,有效降低飞机着陆冲击载荷。
Shock-absorber function optimization design is a key link of the modern aircraft landing-gear design , and in the course of the design, the difficult spot is simplification of the landing-gear model, creation of the dynamics equation and accurate foundation of the shock-absorber model. In this thesis, as an example, using four wheels-trolley landing-gear main-landing-gear) and explaining Shock-absorber function optimization. The landing-gear is a system simplified into eight degrees of freedom. It calculate the relational expression of the displacement, speed, acceleration with time variant passing through founding and calculating the kinetic differential equation system of equations. And then, simplifying the model of the landing-gear Shock-absorber, coming into being the relational expression of the internal force, column boiling down and the displacement, speed, acceleration of other degrees of freedom. At last, it will depicture relation-curve of the time and parameter of the landing-gear shock-absorber function by the medium of the given entry condition.
