Digital reading,which has become a reading mode keeping pace with the traditional reading approach,and is in advance of the traditional reading in some aspects.This paper introduces the basic meaning and development status of digital reading,expounds the challenges of digital reading to library service,and points out that the library should make innovation from three aspects of the reading guidance,the content provision and the interaction to meet the new development opportunity.
