IT项目是知识密集型活动,IT项目组织实施知识管理的水平高低,对IT项目的成功实施起着至关重要的作用。因此,进行IT项目中和知识管理的应用绩效评价,为提高项目组织知识管理实施水平提供依据。分析了IT项目组织实施知识管理的主要流程及相关内容,针对4个主要流程的内容构建了IT项目知识管理应用的绩效评价体系,介绍了如何用综合赋权法和灰色关联度模型进行IT项目知识管理应用的绩效评价。

IT project is a knowledge-intensive activity,the level of organizing and implementing the knowledge management in IT project plays a vital role in the successful implementation of IT project.Therefore,the application performance evaluation on the knowledge management in IT project provides the basis for improving the level of implementation of the knowledge management.This paper analyzes the main processes and related contents of the organization and implementation of the knowledge management in IT project,and in the light of contents of four main processes,constructs the performance evaluation system of the application of the knowledge management in IT project,and introduces how to use the comprehensive weight method and grey relative model to evaluate the performance of the knowledge management in IT project.
