摘要
诚实守信是市场经济的一项最基本道德要求,就国家、企业和个人而言,皆有重要意义。保险业因其特有的金融性质、保障特点及社会责任,决定了此行业较其他行业而言,须有更高的诚信操守:诚信是保险企业生存与发展的内在要求,是提高公司核心竞争力的必然路径,更是保障保险市场的交易安全的逻辑前提。因此,要培育中国保险诚信文化,就必须借鉴国学古代文化传统,树立行业诚信意识,重构行业诚信文化,营造市场自我"修复"的良好环境,具体来说就是要:推进保险诚信教育,注入传统诚信文化元素;加强诚信行业自律,努力培育诚信文化精神;完善市场监督措施,严惩行业失信行为。
Trustworthiness and credibility is the fundamental rule of the market economy, which holds true to the national countries, enterprises and individuals. Due to the unique characteristics of the insurance industry such as the financial nature, the role of protection against risks and social responsibility undertakings, it is expected to uphold a higher standard of trustworthiness and credibility: credibility is the inherent requirement for the development and survival of the insurance industry, an inevitable path to enhance insurance companies' competitiveness, and prerequisites for safeguarding the securty of transactions in the insurance market. Therefore, we must learn from Chinese classical thoughts to cultivate the credibility culture of the insurance industry, promote the creditability awareness, and nurture a virtuous environment for market self-rehabilitation. Specifically speaking, we are to promote credibility education by injecting some useful traditional elements;strengthen the industry's self-discipline through cultivating the credibility culture;and complete regulatory rules to punish incredibility activities.
