摘要
"资源诅咒"是发展经济学中一个著名命题。本文利用1999-2008年的年度数据,对河池市及全国其他26个省份的资源禀赋相关指标进行实证检验,得出各地区能源产量平均比重和平均经济增长率之间的相关关系。验证结果显示:河池的经济发展接近"资源诅咒"。最后对河池"资源诅咒"的传导机制进行分析,并鉴于此,为河池转变经济发展方式提出相关的对策与建议,有助于化解或减轻"资源诅咒"对欠发达资源型地区经济的伤害。
＂Resource-curse＂is an important proposition of development economics.This article uses data from 1999 to 2008,empirically tests the related indicators of resource endowment on Hechi and other 26 provinces in China,making relationship between average weight of energy output and average economic growth.The result shows that the economic development of Hechi is at the close quarter to resource-curse.Then,the article analyzes the resource-curse＇s transmission mechanism of Hechi.On the basic of that,it makes suggestions for transformation of the mode of economic development,to reduce damage of resource-curse to economy of underdeveloped resource-based region.
