Research on the Bullet Impact Characteristic of RDX Base Propellant

摘要 为了研究含RDX基发射药的子弹撞击特性,利用弹道枪发射的12.7mm标准弹对某种典型RDX基发射药进行了子弹撞击试验研究,并与单基发射药的子弹撞击特性进行对比。结果表明:RDX基发射药子弹撞击反应剧烈程度和冲击波超压均高于单基发射药,其安全性低于单基发射药;大弧厚RDX基发射药试样反应剧烈程度明显低于小弧厚是样,冲击波超压更低。从安全角度考虑RDX基发射药更适合用作大口径身管武器的发射装药。 The bullet impact characteristic of RDX base propellant was sttah'ed by 12.7mm standard bullets shoot from test gun, and compared with that of single base propellant. The results indicate that reaction degree and shock wave overpressure of RDX base propellant are higher than that of single base propellant, and its safe characteristics is weaker than single base propellant's. The reaction degree and overpressure of large web RDX base propellant is obviously lower than that of little web, so the RDX base propellants are more suitable as large calibre artillery's charge for safe reasons.
