摘要
为测试液氮超低温环境下火工品的安全性能,按照国军标要求,选取3种典型火工品,采用升降法开展了试验研究。将每种火工品分为3组,分别进行常温、超低温和超低温冷冻16h恢复常温后的发火感度及输出威力试验。测试结果表明:对于发火感度,3种火工品在不同试验条件下无本质变化,但仍能够发火;对于输出威力,2种雷管在不同试验条件下无本质变化。因此,超低温情况下这3种典型火工品的安全性并未出现本质变化。
In order to study the security of initiating explosive devices under ultra-low temperature (liquid nitrogen, -197℃), tests have been done for three typical initiating explosive devices using up-and-down method. Each type of initiating explosive devices has been divided into three groups, aimed to test performance under normal temperature, ultra-low temperature and normal temperature coming back from ultra-low temperature. The test results showed that the sensitivity of three initiating explosive devices didn't have essential change under different test conditions, but still could fire. And the output energy of two detonators didn't change obviously. The study showed the security of initiating explosive device don't have essential change under ultra-low temperature condition.
