玻璃电极塞加工工艺对其结构强度的影响

Effect of Manufacturing Process on Structure Strength of Glass Electrode Plug

摘要 为了寻找某型玻璃电极塞结构强度较差的原因,通过分析玻璃电极塞加工工艺,得到手工去除多余芯极的方法以及环极底部打磨量较大是电极塞结构强度降低的主要原因。采取线切割去除多余芯极以及改进烧结模具等措施,避免了加工过程对电极塞结构的损坏。 Aimed at the poor structure strength of glass electrode plug, through analysis of the manufacturiug process, the way of manual cutting unneeded centre electrode and too much grinding of circle electrode bottom were the main reasons. Using linear cutting to cut unneeded centre electrode and optimizing sinter mould were proposed. Test indicated that these measures could avoid structure strength damage of glass electrode plug.
