多排螺旋CT三维重建容积再现技术在骨埋伏牙诊治中的价值

摘要 目的探讨多排螺旋CT三维重建牙列容积再现技术(volume rendering technique,VRT)的成像方法,评价其在骨埋伏的定位、矫治和拔除中的价值。方法选择颌骨内埋伏牙患者43例,行多排螺旋CT三维容积再现图像重建,同时行多平面重建(multi-planar reformation,MPR),比较两者CT影像的显示特性。结果 VRT技术可立体直观地显示骨埋伏牙异常形态改变及与邻牙的位置关系,无骨因素干扰;MPR为平面图像,可测量埋伏牙与邻牙、下齿槽神经管的距离,两者比较各有其特点。结论 VRT其独特的影像征象,对骨内埋伏牙的定位诊断明确,为埋伏牙的牵引矫治或拔除提供有意义的影像学信息,具有十分重要的临床指导价值。 Objective To investigate the imaging method of three - dimensional spiral CT and volume rendering technique (VRT), and evaluate its value in location, treatment and exelcymosis of bone embedded tooth. Methods Forty - three cases of bone embedded tooth were studied in this research, all the cases were examined by three - dimensional spiral CT and VRT, as well as multi - planar reformation (MPR), the CT images were compared between these two techniques. Results VRT can display the abnormal appearance of bone embedded tooth and position relation with adjacent teeth intuitively without bone factor interference;MPR was plan view, can measure the distance from embedded tooth to adjacent teeth and nervus alveolaris mandibularis. Both techniques have their own characteristics. Conclusion VRT has distinct image sign, the location diagnosis was clear in bone embedded tooth, it can provide meaningful imaging message for traction and rectification of embedded tooth. VRT has significant clinic - guidance value.
